The CTA philosophy is to implement innovative projects that do not duplicate others. If a similar solution exists, CTA encourages the community to enhance the existing solution. If another agency replicates a project CTA has developed and it receives community-wide support, we discontinue our solution and support the new project.
Our role in the community is unique because CTA is able to operate as an independent, non-biased resource for technology consulting and support. Our facilitation services can assist several agencies or communities to successfully come together to build mutually beneficial solutions without losing control of their important data.
Over the years, our projects have impacted hundreds of thousands of lives in Santa Clara County and beyond. Our projects have been pursued collaboratively and have allowed CTA to foster numerous partnerships. We have grown with the community and have established deep roots alongside other service providers and government agencies that are working to prevent and end homelessness.
