CTA specializes in the planning, implementation, training and management of HMIS, the required data collection tool for agencies receiving federal monies from HUD (U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development). With years of expertise, CTA facilitates information sharing in communities to identify needs and gaps in service delivery to plan and improve outcomes.
Data Management
CTA assists service agencies with their system requirements, data integrity, security, warehousing and reporting needs. CTA aligns disperse data systems into a cohesive and consolidated source. For agencies that input and maintain various systems, CTA solutions enable them to cross-share information.
Voice Services
CTA manages two critical voice technology systems to maintain 24/7 availability and easy access for clients and service providing agencies.
• Community VoiceMail is available to clients from over 30 partnering agencies and provides a contact number for clients to receive messages from potential employers, landlords, case managers and family.
• The Shelter Bed Hotline provides up-to-date information on bed availability across 9 Bay Area counties in multiple languages.
Distance-Learning
CTA offers Welfare-to-Work programs consulting services to build effective distance-learning solutions. Working with subject matter experts, CTA understands and provides the technical capabilities, requirements, testing skills and ongoing maintenance needs that should be considered during development. In addition, CTA designs technical backbones to meet functionality needs and ensure courses interact with students as desired.
