Community Technology Alliance provides the technical infrastructure needed to help carry out the mission of the Santa Clara County Collaborative on Housing and Homeless Issues, which is to increase the supply of affordable housing and reduce homelessness in the County.

The Collaborative is a coordinated effort comprised of over 100 agencies to meet the housing and supportive services needs of unhoused and low income residents of the County was formed with the goal to obtain funding to increase the supply of affordable housing and homeless services.  It is a partnership of representatives from the County, cities, service and shelter providers, affordable housing providers and developers, employment and training agencies, businesses, labor, stakeholders, advocates and other interested parties throughout Silicon Valley.  

Solutions provided by Community Technology Alliance on behalf of the Collaborative include a number of members only e-mail list serves for sharing and disseminating information on advocacy issues, funding sources and specific client needs.  Other list serves are specific to Collaborative subcommittees and their issues.
